Connected reporting platform

ReportWerks

A reporting platform for agencies and marketing teams to connect data sources and generate organized, client-ready reports.

ReportWerks helps teams connect approved advertising, analytics, email, CRM, fundraising, and operations sources, import reporting data, and turn that data into dashboards, insights, and polished reports without requiring manual spreadsheet rebuilding.

  • Connect approved advertising, analytics, email, CRM, fundraising, and operations platforms.
  • Import reporting data into organized dashboards, insights, and client-ready reports.
  • Use connected data for reporting, analytics, and account connection features requested by the user.
  • Use authorized Google API data only for requested reporting features, not for ads, resale, credit decisions, or generalized AI model training.
  • Keep source accounts controlled by the user while teams analyze performance in a cleaner workflow.
Product overview

A clearer reporting system for the work your team is already doing.

ReportWerks is designed for teams that need connected reporting data, organized dashboards, and presentation-ready reports that can be analyzed without hunting through exports.

Connect reporting sources in one workflow

ReportWerks is built for agencies and marketing teams that need connected reporting data, spreadsheet context, and stakeholder-ready views in one place.

Build dashboards and reporting insights

Imported performance data becomes dashboards, summaries, and reporting views that are easier to use than raw exports and screenshot decks.

Create client-ready reporting

The same reporting foundation can support internal analysis and cleaner presentation-ready reports for clients, leadership, and stakeholders.

How it works

From connected platform data to organized dashboards and reports.

Users connect approved services and select the accounts or sources they want included. ReportWerks imports reporting data to build dashboards, insights, and client-ready reports across the channels that matter to the team.

  1. Connect reporting sources the user approves

Users can connect approved platforms such as ad networks, analytics tools, email systems, CRM platforms, fundraising systems, and supporting spreadsheet context.

  2. Import read-only data into dashboards and reporting views

ReportWerks imports approved reporting data to build dashboards, insights, and client-ready reports. Connections are used for reporting and analytics features, not source-platform account management.

  3. Organize the output around the audience

ReportWerks organizes reporting into views built for operators, leadership, and client conversations without rebuilding the story from scratch.

  4. Keep the connection controlled by the user

Users can disconnect connected accounts at any time, and ReportWerks does not make changes to campaigns or accounts through reporting connections unless a source-specific workflow explicitly supports it.

Data Usage

What connected platform data ReportWerks accesses and why.

ReportWerks pulls approved reporting data from connected platforms so teams can analyze performance, understand source activity, and prepare cleaner reporting without rebuilding exports by hand.

  • What data is accessed: approved reporting data such as account identifiers, campaign names, traffic, spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, engagement, audience activity, donation activity, contacts, invoices, and related performance metrics the user authorizes.
  • Why it is needed: to import approved reporting data into dashboards, reporting summaries, insights, and client-ready reports inside ReportWerks.
  • How it benefits the user: it reduces manual exports, screenshot decks, and spreadsheet stitching so teams can analyze performance faster and deliver more organized reporting.
  • User control: users choose which accounts to connect, can disconnect access inside ReportWerks, and can revoke access from the source platform at any time.

ReportWerks uses connected data for reporting, analytics, connection status, and client-ready report generation. OAuth and API-token connections are controlled by the user, and users can disconnect access when a platform should no longer feed reporting.

Google API data use: when a user connects Google Ads or another Google service, ReportWerks may access Google account identifiers, Google Ads customer and account identifiers, campaign and ad group names, spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, conversion values, dates, labels, and related reporting fields authorized by the user. This data is used to import reporting data, show connection status, build dashboards, prepare summaries, support AI-assisted reporting analysis, and create client-ready report views. Google user data is not used for targeted advertising, personalized advertising, retargeting, credit or lending decisions, sale to data brokers, sale to information resellers, or training generalized AI or machine learning models. Users can disconnect Google access inside ReportWerks, revoke access from their Google Account, and request deletion by contacting support@reportwerks.com.

Client-ready views

Create views that are presentation-ready before the meeting starts.

ReportWerks is built to support cleaner delivery for client and stakeholder reporting, not just internal analysis. Teams can move from imported performance data to organized views that are easier to understand and easier to share.

  • Separate internal detail from the cleaner views clients actually need to see.
  • Use AI-assisted analysis to get to the first useful interpretation faster before shaping the presentation layer.
  • Keep presentation-ready reporting aligned with the same underlying reporting system.
  • Reduce last-minute formatting work before client meetings and monthly reporting cycles.
